Don’t take change so personally. Things weren’t then nor are now as you think. Your longings for yesterday and hopes for tomorrow are based on selective memories. There’s nothing real to hang onto.
Open up to now. It’s all you have. What is simply is; everything else is  commentary and judgment. Drop them and see what remains. Dive into life and quit being dragged. On. This. Breath.
